4 DEAD, 10 INJURED
While there was a partial collapse of the building after the explosion, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia sent 109 personnel and 30 rescue vehicles to the scene. 52 residents of the building where the explosion took place left the building on their own. While the dead bodies of 4 people were reached during the search and rescue efforts, 10 people were found injured under the rubble.
