Something has detonated at a gate to an apartment building in central Malmö, the police write on their website. The police are on the scene with several units. No one is said to have been injured. – The gate itself is blown to pieces, but as I understand it, there is otherwise fairly limited material damage, says police spokesperson Evelina Olsson. The alarm came in at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday. The police are now gathering information and searching for the person or persons who may be responsible. The area around the site is cordoned off and the national bomb squad has been called there.
