An explosion has occurred at a gate in an apartment building in Farsta south of Stockholm late on Wednesday evening. The police were alerted at 23.32 by several callers who had heard the bang.
Police have a large cordon at the scene, with the National Bomb Squad working to make the area safe.
There are no reports of personal injuries. A preliminary investigation into public-dangerous devastation has been launched.
