Police and emergency services were called last night to central Vetlanda, where a man with a bloody arm was found. The man was in need of hospital care.
Followed the blood trail
With the help of a dog patrol that followed the blood trails, the police were able to find the crime scene. It is now cordoned off pending a forensic examination.
– Most things indicate that the man inflicted the injuries on his arm himself. The damage to him is greater than the damage to the door, says Johnny Gustavsson, press spokesperson at the Police.
He currently has no information about who owns the apartment. The man is already known to the police.
