BILTHOVEN – The Dutch Safety Board (OVV) reports on Twitter that an exploratory investigation into the two explosions in the flat in Bilthoven is taking place today. Yesterday morning, two explosions took place, destroying part of the building on the Libra. Seven rescuers were injured.
