The new method of scammers was the Fast Pass System. Consumers and experts warned that they were defrauded with the messages “You owe HGS, you can pay by clicking the link” sent to their mobile phones.
Messages coming under the name of a fake lawyer such as “You owe HGS, if you don’t pay, enforcement will begin”, users are victimized. In the sent SMS, it is stated that people have unpaid HGS debts, and that they should click on the link sent with the message. It is said that if the debt is not paid, enforcement will be initiated. Users who click on the redirected fake link are asked to write down their TR ID number and license plate. A false debit balance is then shown and the next page requests a credit card payment. While some of the consumers who stated their grievances on the complaint, demanded help by stating that they had been defrauded for thousands of liras, some users who were sent fake SMS say not to fall into this trap by warning other people.

He directed me to an application written by PTT. On this page, I entered my TR and license plate number and displayed the payment amount that appeared before me. Thereupon, I was asked to pay by being directed to a field where I would enter my card information, and while I wanted to pay my HGS debt, which I thought might belong to my vehicle, different contents were purchased and a total of 1458 TL payment was reflected to me as 486+486+486 from my credit card, and I was misled. I demand the correction of this situation and the refund of the amount deducted from my card.”
I got a message that you have an HGS debt. I questioned him, he threw it to the PTT channel. I wanted to pay. Turns out it’s a game. My credit card was charged 2 times in a row, I made the necessary complaint to the bank, I asked for the cancellation of the transaction. I am sharing for your information.
