(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Expert. ai, a leading company in the Artificial Intelligence market, announces that the rights issue capital increase was concluded today, up to a maximum of Euro 7,989,586.63, including share premium, concerning a maximum of no. 13,097,683 newly issued shares, approved by the Board of Directors on November 30, 2022, in partial execution of the proxy, conferred by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on October 15, 2021.
During the offer period, which began on 5 December 2022 and ended on 19 December 2022, inclusive and the subsequent offer on the Stock Exchange of the option rights that remained unexercised, a total of no. 7,894,821, for a total value of Euro 4,815,840.81.
The capital increase is 74.05% subscribed, for a total amount of Euro 5,916,280.81. The Company’s share capital will therefore be equal to Euro 620,895.62, divided into no. 62,089,562 total ordinary shares.
