(Finance) – Expert.aia leading company in the implementation of artificial intelligence enterprise solutions, signed today with Finix Technology Solutions, a company active, among other things, in the development, production, purchase, sale, import, export, shipping, maintenance and technical assistance of electronic products (hadware) and computer programs (software), as well as in consultancy in relation to digital transformation (“Finix”), the binding agreements relating to an operation concerning the purchase by Expert.ai of a owned business branch of Finix, and the signing of a commercial contract for the marketing by Finix of Expert.ai’s products.
Since Finix is a related party of Expert.ai, the Transaction, explains a note, was approved by the Board of Directors following the favorable opinion of the Related Parties Committee.
