A crossover will take place between Call of Duty and Fallout. Fallout-themed cosmetics and other collaborations will appear in Call of Duty games in Season 4.
A new leak indicates that a crossover between Bethesda’s Fallout series and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Call of Duty: Warzone may be happening soon. After Microsoft acquired Bethesda and Activision, it was a matter of curiosity whether there would be a collaboration between these two popular game series. Now, it has become clear that Microsoft’s plans for Season 4 include a crossover between these series.
The Expected Crossover Between Call of Duty and Fallout Revealed
Data mining from the X (formerly Twitter) account @CODWarfareForum reveals a Fallout-themed match that will take place during Season 4 in the Call of Duty: MW3 files. This crossover could take place in the form of various Fallout-themed cosmetic items being included in the game, similar to previous Call of Duty collaborations. For example, it seems likely that skins from groups from the Fallout universe, such as the Brotherhood of Steel or Vault Dwellers, will be introduced in MW3 and Warzone.
The leak also reveals that Call of Duty is planning two additional crossovers outside of Fallout. The first of these concerns the famous Japanese mech series Gundam, which has been on the market for 40 years. The second crossover will be with The Crow, and this collaboration will come at a timely time when the remake of the 1994 film The Crow hits theaters in August.
Season 4 for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Call of Duty: Warzone is expected to begin at the end of May. With the recently released Season 3 Reloaded, we have reached the halfway point of the current season.
