A planned technology upgrade and staff training will result in a service disruption Wednesday at the ServiceNorfolk in-person counters in Simcoe at the Robinson Administration Building and in Delhi at the Delhi Administration Building.
The disruption will last from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
The in-person customer service counter in Delhi will be closed for the day.
Although the counter at the Robinson Administration Building will be open, some services may not be available.
To provide an alternate date for residents in Delhi, the in-person counter will open on Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm In-person counter service in Simcoe will return to regular service levels on Thursday. at 8:30 am
Phone and email service will remain available on Wednesday. Some transactions may be impacted or delayed.
