(Finance) – Italian Stock Exchange ordered the delisting of ordinary shares Exor by Euronext Milan with effect from September 27, 2022. This was announced by the holding company of the Agnelli family, recalling that this morning it had requested the revocation of the shares from Piazza Affari, at the same time as the admission of its ordinary shares on Euronext Amsterdam.
As already communicated, the Exor ordinary shares will continue until the date of the delisting to be listed on both Euronext Milan and Euronext Amsterdam.
