British artist Bruce Clarke is the subject of two exhibitions this autumn in two European capitals of culture. In Esch-sur-Alzette in Luxembourg, at the Resistance and Human Rights Museum and in Kaunas in Lithuania, at the Ninth Fort, a place of massacre and memory.
