(Telestock) – Executiona company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the social selling sector, has placement completed through accelerated bookbuilding (ABB) of 1,022,000 shares at a price of 1.76 euros per share (equal to a discount of 5.4% on today’s closing) for a total value of the increase equal to 1,798,720 euros.
Through this capital increase the floating of the company goes from 10.37% to 24.68% of the share capital.
The capital increase is aimed at achieving the strategic objective of growth through external linesas well as increasing the free float and liquidity, with the expansion of the shareholder base to primary qualified investors.
Finnat Euramerica Bank acted as a placer for the Capital Increase, taking care of the ABB procedure.
