Lying and Stealing takes us as silent, keen observers into the world of the rich, the beautiful and the very easily robbed. It all looks incredibly good and is reflected in all the theft scenes so tough and cool therefore, one is immediately drawn in and fascinated.
Theo James in particular does a masterful job as a sympathetic, approachable but driven protagonist. Lying and Stealing almost seems like his warm-up exercise for his role in Guy Ritchie’s brilliant gangster series The Gentlemen.

A Supporting Actor Highlight is Ebon Moss-Bachrach, who is currently thrilling as Richie in The Bear: King of the Kitchen and regularly steals the show from his co-stars with his nonconformist but lovable manner.
Much of it is reminiscent of the easy-going light-heartedness of a Guy Ritchie or Steven Soderbergh (Ocean’s Eleven) and will captivate fans of both.
