Kaleena Cryderman, operations support co-ordinator for the Chatham-based company, admitted she had many emotions on hearing the news.

“I was very humbled, very honored,” she said this week. “Really just a moment of reflection of my own career growth, where I’ve come from.”
Cryderman, born in Wallaceburg and raised in Chatham, has been with TekSavvy for 11 years. In addition to her co-ordinator role, she also manages the Chatham-Kent business team.
Her responsibilities include working with local businesses and “bringing them sustainable solutions to help them serve their customers.”
She credited her TekSavvy colleagues for their efforts in helping the company reach its potential.
“My opinion might be biased, but I have one of the greatest business teams there is,” she said. “My guys always go above and beyond for everyone in Chatham-Kent.

“We believe in providing the best service to our customers. Truly understanding our customers, truly listening to our customers and what their needs are. And doing everything that we can to achieve that.”
Cryderman said she is familiar with many of this year’s chamber award recipients, calling them “very well-deserving and just a great group of people.”
The awards will be handed out Thursday at Chatham’s Everest Convention Centre. Tickets are $135 each, plus HST, from chatham-kentchamber.ca.
