Everything you hear is wrong! Relationships do it more

Everything you hear is wrong Relationships do it more

Masturbation is a normal part of human physiology, but because of dozens of different myths around the world, people have been equipped with misinformation about masturbation. Dozens of myths have spread from ear to ear and continue to spread, from masturbating to blindness to palms.

It is a fact that masturbating too much will affect your life. We explain how it affects both your health and your relationships, which information is true and which information is false.

YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY PERSON Masturbating

When you’re younger, you may think you’re the only one who finds you feel good this way; and once you realize you’re not alone, you might think that literally everyone is doing it.

THE RATIOS ARE TOO HIGH!

The truth is, masturbation is very common, but not universal. One survey found that 94% of men and 85% of women have ever done this; another found the numbers to be 91% and 78%.

WHEN was the last time you masturbated?

But when you look at any age group (or ask if someone has masturbated in the last week or last month), the numbers come out much lower. For men, teens who reported masturbating in the past month ranged from 43% to 61% by age group; for women the figures ranged from 24% to 26%.

FALSE: CAUSES MENTAL DISEASES!

In the 1800s, several influential weirdos claimed that masturbation would strip people of their vital energies, leading to physical and mental illness. John Harvey Kellogg and Sylvester Graham are among the famous names who support this thesis.

Masturbation does not affect your performance in the gym or your mental or general health. Recalling the numbers from above, it would be absurd to think that 90% of us can engage in a normal bodily function and that this normal bodily function somehow harms us.

Besides the fact that masturbation and partnered sex are not mutually exclusive, this is another myth that has no basis in reality. Masturbation can help you learn what you enjoy so you become more confident and a better communicator in bed. Sexual activity appears to affect testosterone levels in people of all genders, but this relationship is complex.

There is no such thing as a masturbation addiction

Another issue that has been circulating most from ear to ear is “masturbation addiction”, the name of which appears to be a disease. First of all, there is no such disease. There is no basis for people to become “addicted” to masturbation. Even if you masturbate a ton, it’s just a sign that you have a high libido and maybe too much free time.

You may have heard that masturbation causes prostate cancer. You may have also heard that it prevents prostate cancer. The truth is that limited studies of these two contrasting conditions have yielded no firm conclusions. As you can see, this is baseless information.

THOSE WHO HAVE RELATIONSHIP DO MORE

Just because you’re having sex with a partner doesn’t mean you have to stop doing it on your own. Solo masturbation is common among people who have sex and can be a good way to deal with different sexual urges. One study even found that married women who can orgasm from masturbation have more satisfying sex lives than married women who don’t.
