There are many ways to get loot in Diablo 4. Places you’ve probably already walked past and ignored are the basements. But here we explain why you should at least look into every cellar.
what are the basements Since you are traveling in Sanctuary, you will encounter symbols of small doors on the map. These are the cellars and you can go in there. Mostly the encounters are unspectacular and you only have to do the monsters in the room.
This usually takes less than a minute, and most of the time no interesting opponents with good loot spawn. Therefore, the basements are ignored by many players.

Why should you enter the cellars? If you walk past a cellar, at least take a quick look inside. If the Loot Goblin symbol appears on the map, then it is worth clearing. The room is a loot cellar, and 3 loot goblins will spawn that you can kill.

How do Loot Goblins work? Loot Goblins can drop good loot when killed. The goblins don’t defend themselves against the players, but run away from them, which makes fighting them in open areas quite annoying.
Due to the very small size of the basement, the 3 goblins are easy to defeat and they can hardly flee from your attacks.
Here you can easily get Legendaries without any hassle and by passing. Even looking inside costs a maximum of 5 seconds due to the short loading time and can be worthwhile.
