The next round of balancing changes in World of Warcraft is coming. 4 classes are looking forward to buffs – but one has to accept a small nerf.
The first season of The War Within started a few days ago and the race for the world first kill at the Palace of the Nerub-ar is in full swing. It is becoming increasingly clear that some classes are not doing as well as others. Blizzard therefore wants to improve things and is releasing a series of hotfixes to ensure more fairness.
Which classes will be improved? Blizzard has some buffs in store for druids, hunters, mages and priests. Only death knights have to live with a small nerf, which does not affect their damage, but only a slowdown – so that should be bearable.
What do the changes look like? The planned class changes were announced on the official WoW forum and are as follows:
Death Knight
Horseman of the Apocalypse: Trollbane’s Fury slows targets by 40% (was 70%).
Druid
hunter
magician
priest
When will the changes come? The planned changes will not go live until the next scheduled maintenance, i.e. next Wednesday (September 25, 2024). Adjustments to classes in particular usually come at the start of a new WoW week so that there are not too many fluctuations in the rated game content within a week.
There is a completely different problem in WoW with crafting – it is simply too complicated.
