Eurozone industrial production better than expected in June

(Finance) – The industrial production in the Eurozone came out stronger than expected a June 2023. According to reports from the Statistics Institute of the European Union (Eurostat), output increased by 0.5% on a monthly basis after +0% in May. The figure is higher than market expectations, which were for a drop of 0.1%.

Every year production recorded a decrease of 1.2% after -2.5% in May and compared to the -4.2% expected.

As for theEurope of the 27on a monthly basis there was a change of +0.4% after +0% in May, and on an annual basis of -1.2% after -2.1% in the previous month.
