The pub is normally closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. “But when the Dutch national team plays, we are also open on those days.” Bessele is looking forward to it. “Especially after the mediocre years with corona, it is nice that it is in the summer. The World Cup in Qatar was also disappointing. That was in the middle of winter, a shame.”
