(Finance) – EuroGroup Laminationsa world leader in the design, production and distribution of stators and rotors for electric motors and generators, has completed the closing of the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of DS4, active in the design and construction of custom-made software and hardware with applications in the field of industrial automation, announced last August.
The finalization of the acquisition occurred following the granting of all legal authorizations, including the authorization from the Italian Government pursuant to the legislation on Golden Power.
The value of the operation is equal to an enterprise value of approximately 16.5 million euros.
The payment of the consideration was made entirely in cash, through the buyer’s own means.
The current management of DS4 will remain at the helm of the company to continue the important growth path undertaken, and which will be accelerated thanks to the strategic coordination role of and operational synergies with EuroGroup.
