(Finance) – Eukesdo announces that, today, by deed Dr. Stefano Bigozzi, has purchased the entire shareholding (100%) held by the related party La Villa in Hiberna Regis approved by the Board of Directors also today.
The transaction provides, as consideration for the aforementioned transfer of shares, the payment by the Company to La Villa Spa of the sum of Euro 6,858,398.64 which will be paid within six months from today.
The transaction was subjected to the prior opinion of the Related Parties Committee, which unanimously expressed a positive opinion on its completion.
