The transaction mainly concerns software for company applicationsi.e. security and observability tools, as well as tools for managing information and security events.
The Commission concluded that the notified transaction would not raise concerns about competitiongiven that companies are not active in the same markets or vertically related markets. The notified transaction was examined in accordance with the simplified review procedure of concentrations.
