(Finance) – La European Commission ha approvedpursuant to the EU concentrations regulation, theacquisition of joint control of Skyline of the Cayman Islands by the Public Settor Pension Investment Board (PSPIB) of Canada and of Digitalbridge Group of the United States.
The transaction mainly concerns development and investment in Data Center Infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific Region.
The Commission concluded that the notified transaction would not raise concerns regarding competition, given thelimited impact on the European economic space. The notified transaction was examined in accordance with the simplified review procedure of concentrations.
