Eternaland – What is it and where can I find it?

In Once Human there are scenarios on the servers that run like seasons. Outside of that there is “Eternaland” – your own island where you can let your creativity run wild. We’ll explain where you can find it and how it works.

What is Eternaland? Eternaland is your safe haven in the post-apocalyptic world of Once Human. There are no mutants there who want to kill you, but also no cute mutations who help you in your base. You are also not affected by stardust pollution there. Your buildings are permanent and never disappear. When you enter, the NPC “V” says to you: It’s as if time stands still here.

In Eternaland there are different rules:

  • Buildings have no height or size limits. They won’t collapse if you remove load-bearing elements.
  • You decide who can visit your island and can invite friends.
  • You can also select the weather conditions and the time of day.
  • You decide whether to allow PvP and which weapons and vehicles are allowed.
  • You can also turn HP, energy, hydration and sanity on and off.
  • How do I get to Eternaland? In Once Human, at level 20 you receive the quest “Eternaland One”, which asks you to visit Eternaland. Once you get there, you should go to the building in the middle of the island. You can get to Eternaland itself via the game menu by clicking on the small palm tree in the top right. In the main menu you also have the option of entering Eternaland directly instead of a scenario.

You can also leave Eternaland via the game menu by clicking on “Leave Eternaland” at the bottom. You can travel back and forth at any time. In Eternaland there are “space-time canvases” that you can use to teleport to different places on your island.

Is it worth starting Once Human if the reset is coming soon?

    Eternaland: Build and Sell

How do I build in Eternaland? In the building menu you have access to all the elements that you have unlocked in the current scenario using the memetics. In Eternaland you cannot simply use materials from the “outside world”, instead astral sand is required for building. However, you do not have to farm resources here, as in the normal scenario.

You can get the Astral Sand in different ways:

  • In construction mode, you dismantle elements in Eternaland, such as trees and buildings
  • you sell items from your backpack in Eternaland (seasonal/Eternaland)
  • you complete missions in Eternaland
  • Quests earn you Astral Sand (the currency with the triangle) in Eternaland.

In addition to the construction mode, there is an island market that you open with “F8”. There you can sell the stuff you have collected in Eternaland, such as berries and seeds. In return you will receive astral sand. You can also exchange items that are in your seasonal backpack for astral sand. In the island market you can also get items such as fishing rods, bait, seeds, but also rare artifacts for astral sand.

How do the scenarios work? There are various scenarios on the servers in Once Human. Each of them lasts six weeks. During the six weeks, also called phases, new content is gradually added to the game. At the end of a season, you can send items to Eternaland via the territory terminal. Items in the backpack and territory storage are automatically sent there. Energy connections become astral sand.

At the start of a new season, you receive material points that you can use to transfer items from Eternaland to the new season. There are also various things that are automatically transferred to the new season of Once Human, including star chrome and blueprints.
