(Telestock) – Extremea group listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the electric micro-mobility sector with the Birò vehicle, has resolved, jointly with the minority shareholder Copar, the dissolution and liquidation of Birò Deutschlandwhose stake has already been fully written down in the 2023 financial statements, following the unmet expectations in the German market, effective July 31, 2024.
They are currently in progress negotiations with a local distributor to enable the sale of Birò in Germany through different channels, a note reads.
The operation falls within the scope of the activities envisaged by the industrial plan announced in May, aimed at optimizing resources and focusing efforts on markets with greater growth potential.
