Alcootel is an application completely free.
It is compatible with most mobile phones (List of compatible mobiles) with the iPhone and with smartphones operating on Windows Mobile.
It is possible to download Alcotel to your computer in order to then install it on your mobile phone.
Note that for the iPhone, Alcotel is available on the App Store.
