It was last Thursday that Sara Byfors, head of department at the Public Health Agency, told SVT that anyone with milder symptoms such as a runny nose or a slight sore throat can go to work.

It is a change from previous recommendations during the pandemic when people were told to stay home from work and school if they had cold symptoms.
