In the statement made on the website of the US Census Bureau, it was noted that according to the survey and demographic analyzes after the 2020 census, 18.8 million people from the country’s population are thought to be undercounted. In the statement, it was pointed out that the white and Asian population was overcounted in the said census, while the black, Latino and indigenous people were not sufficiently represented in the census.

Bureau director Robert L. Santos noted that the shortfalls in the census are due to unprecedented challenges in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and expressed their pride in the consistent results they achieved despite enormous obstacles.
Census in the USA is done EVERY 10 YEARS
The general census, held in April 2020, was extended for about two months due to the Kovid-19 outbreak, and then, in the data compiled, it was announced that the US population increased by 5 percent compared to 2010 and reached 323.2 million.
