Error 1: defrost at room temperature
No thawing at room temperature. As soon as a food is thawed and left at room temperature, bacteria proliferate there at high speed. It must therefore be eaten very quickly or cooked directly. Safest : thawing in the refrigerator, microwave or cold water.
