In detail, Axon Partners Group Investments informed the company that on 6 December 2022 it had exceeded the relevant threshold of 5% of the share capital of ErreDue, holding n. 333,300 ordinary shares equal to 11.59% of the ordinary shares admitted to trading equal to no. 2,875,000 as well as 3.46% of the total voting rights of ErreDue equal to no. 9,625,000.
