Eritrean Henok Mulubrhan (Green Project-Bardiani) won the 8th and final stage of the Tour of Rwanda this Sunday, February 26, neck and neck with Joseph Blackmore (Great Britain) and Victor de La Parte (TotalEnergies ). This success allows him to win the general classification, just ahead of Walter Calzoni (Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team) and William Junior Lecerf (Soudal-Quick Step), and to win his first Tour of Rwanda at 23 for his 4th participation. . This is the 5th time that Eritrea has won the race in 15 editions with four runners (Teklehaimanot, Kudus, Tesfazion x2 and Mulubhran).
