TV4 viewers rage against Erik Videgård

Not infrequently, Erik Videgård expresses his opinions on various dishes. Among other things, ketchup is almost illegal to have on food. And that you should never use the garlic press. In Nyhetsmorgon together with Jenny Alversjö he says:

– When you press the garlic, sulfur substances are released. It smells and tastes like sulfur. If you use a grater, you get a hint of the garlic flavor, Erik answers when Jenny wonders why it shouldn’t be pressed.

But it all ended with Erik Videgård throwing the entire garlic press into a bin. This became a big discussion among TV4 viewers and on social media. And the comments poured in.

“Does he have the ‘right’ to go into other people’s kitchens and throw away their utensils! He thinks a lot now but can keep it to himself!!! wrote one viewer on the show’s Facebook.

“Ridiculously!” “Love my garlic press,” writes another.

Erik Videgård gives answers to speeches

Only a few days ago, Erik Videgård gave an answer to speech on his Instagram. In the post, he writes, among other things.

“Has had a lot of wonderful, happy shout-outs and some very angry and downright nasty comments” and goes on to explain why he doesn’t use a garlic press.

“I could have given this exposition in the cooking segment on TV4 but it would have been totally boring and nobody would have listened, hence the bin.”

The dustbin was thus a symbol for people to understand his message about the garlic press.
