New Jersey’s Erik Haula scored his fourth goal of the NHL season in the Devils’ victory over the Anaheim Ducks.

Erik Haula ended New Jersey’s scoring spree in the NHL match against Anaheim. Haula’s goal in the final minute sealed the Devils’ 6–2 victory over the Ducks. The goal was the fourth of the season for the Finnish striker.
Justus Annunen held off another win for Colorado as the Avalanche beat the Ottawa Senators 5-4. Annunen made 26 saves in the match and has stealthily reclaimed his team’s first goalkeeper position from someone who fumbled at the beginning of the season From Alexander Georgiev.
Annunen started Colorado in goal for the fourth time this season. Annus’ average goals conceded is 2.48 and the save percentage is 90.5.
– Annunen seems to be ready to play really well. He seems confident and sharp, Avalanche head coach Jared Bednar commented on Annus’ early season for the Denver Gazette over the weekend.
Colorado forward Mikko Rantanen made the pass by Nathan MacKinnon hit an empty net at the end of the third period. Rantas has 4+10 performances from his nine matches in the early season. For MacKinnon, the game was the 800th NHL regular season game of his career.
After a difficult early season, Colorado is now riding a five-game winning streak.
Leon Draisaitl decided in overtime
The Edmonton Oilers claimed a 3–2 overtime victory over the Detroit Red Wings. Leon Draisaitl scored the game-winning shot for the Oilers just 18 seconds into overtime. German striker Dreisaitl was the most effective player of the match with two goals and one assist.
Detroit defender Olli Määtä was unfortunately involved in Edmonton’s 1-1 equalizer when Draisaitl’s pass bounced off Määtä’s skate and into Detroit’s goalie by Cam Talbot behind the back.
The Montreal Canadiens celebrated a narrow 4-3 away win over the Philadelphia Flyers.
