(Finance) – Erg gave to Mediobanca mandate to purchase the company’s common stock starting from 16 October and no later than 12 April 2024in line with the provisions of the resolution on the shareholders’ buyback.
The purchase of Erg shares will take place on the stock exchange until maximum number of 3,758,000 sharesor a total of 2.5% of the capital with a maximum outlay of 100 million euros.
Erg already holds 782,080 own shares equal to 0.52% of the capital.
