(Finance) – ERG acquired the entire capital of seven companiesowners of as many wind farms located in Italy, by EDP Renewables Italia Holding. The agreement provides that one minority stake in one of the aforementioned companies either sold to ERG directly by a third party investor.
The plants, with a total installed capacity of 172 MW and a total annual production of about 400 GWhbenefit from a “CfD” tariff regime (contract for difference) with the GSE for a duration of 20 years starting from their entry into operation, which took place between 2018 and the end of 2021.
The corresponding of the transaction in terms of enterprise value at 12/31/2021 is approximately 420 million euros and EBITDA for the first half of the year
2022 equal to approximately 36 million euros
