(Finance) – ERGas part of the share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedfrom November 13 to 17, 2023, overall 237,622 ordinary shares (equal to 0.1581% of the share capital) at the weighted average price of 25.0284 euros, for a countervalue equal to 5,947,305.13 euros.
Following the aforementioned operations, as of 17 November, 1,019,170 ordinary shares had been repurchased since the start of the program at the weighted average price of €23.6618 per share.
Considering the shares already in portfolio, ERG holds 1,801,250 own shares equal to 1.1983% of the share capital.
