(Finance) – ERGas part of the share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedfrom 15 to 19 January 2024, overall 193,120 ordinary shares (equal to 0.1285% of the share capital) at the weighted average price of 27.0093 euros, for a countervalue equal to 5,216,028.82 euros.
Following the aforementioned operations, as of 19 January, 2,736,400 ordinary shares had been repurchased since the start of the program at the weighted average price of 25.6978 euros per share.
Considering the shares already in portfolio, the company active in the renewable energy sector holds 3,518,480 own shares equal to 2.3407% of the share capital.
On the stock market today, a small bullish hint for ERGwhich increased its pace by recording an increase of 0.81%.
