(Finance) – ERG perfected today, through its subsidiary ERG USA Holdingthe closing with Apex Clean Energy Holdings LLC for the acquisition of 75% of the portfolio consisting of a wind and a solar plant in the USA, both in operation, for a total of 317 MW of installed capacity and an estimated production of approximately 1 TWh.
The closing it occurred following the obtaining of investment approval from the competent European and US authorities and the consent to the change of control by some relevant third parties.
The operation, explains a note, constitutes the ERG Group’s first step into the overseas renewables market and represents a unique opportunity to continue the growth of the business portfolio, increasing its geographical and technological diversification.
