(Finance) – ERGas part of the share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedfrom 11 to 15 December 2023, overall 330,000 ordinary shares (equal to 0.2195% of the share capital) at the weighted average price of 27.0960 euros, for a countervalue equal to 8,941,682.50 euros.
Following the aforementioned operations, as of 15 December, 2,108,573 ordinary shares had been repurchased since the start of the program at the weighted average price of 25.1243 euros per share.
Considering the shares already in portfolio, ERG holds 2,890,653 own shares equal to 1.9230% of the share capital.
