(Finance) – ERGas part of the share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedfrom 20 to 24 November 2023, overall 213,066 ordinary shares (equal to 0.1417% of the share capital) at the weighted average price of 25.5141 euros, for a countervalue equal to 5,436,187.28 euros.
Following the aforementioned operations, as of 24 November, 1,232,236 ordinary shares had been repurchased since the start of the program at the weighted average price of €23.9821 per share.
Considering the shares already in portfolio, ERG holds 2,014,316 own shares equal to 1.3400% of the share capital.
On the stock market today, a small bullish hint for the Company active in the renewable energy sectorwhich increased its pace by recording an increase of 1.10%.
