(Finance) – The group EQUITYan independent investment bank listed on Euronext STAR Milan, has revealed the winner of the “Award for the best strategy for using the capital market”, an award dedicated to the most original and effective operations carried out by issuing companies on the Italian market.
The prize, which enjoys the patronage of Bocconi University and the Italian Stock Exchange, was awarded yesterday, Wednesday 21 February 2024, during the presentation event of theeighth EQUITA Capital Markets Observatoryan annual study that analyzes trends in the stock and bond markets in Italy.
Italian Design Brands won the award for the category “Raising funds on the stock market”; Eni won for the category “Raising funds in the ESG debt market“; While Terna for the category “Raising funds on the traditional debt market“.
“In this eleventh edition, we reward companies that have approached the capital market in an innovative way, both by welcoming share capital and through bond issues. We think it’s important to give visibility to beautiful operations also to companies that have faced the markets in a complicated market context like 2023 and done so successfully. This year IDB, Italian Design Brands, wonfor the equity part, a beautiful company in the world of design that continues with a significant number of acquisitions, growing well.
