(Finance) – EQUITA Groupan independent investment bank listed on Euronext STAR Milan, announced that the shareholders Silvia Maria Rovere and Antonio Scarabosio they have adhered to the Shareholders’ Agreement. The latter, in force since August 1, 2022, was signed on February 10, 2022 by another 27 shareholders, to whom two further shareholders were subsequently added.
In particular, Rovere became part of the partnership between managers EQUITA following the acquisition by the company of a minority stake equal to 30% of the share capital of Sensible Capitalindependent real estate advisory boutique.
As a result of the aforementioned adhesion, 16,856,986 ordinary shares are currently assigned to the Pact (equal to 32.8% of the capital social) and 31,969,176 voting rights (equal to 44.7% of the total voting rights).
