(Finance) – Theshareholders’ meeting Of Eprcommunicationa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in communication and public relations, has approved the financial statements as at 31 December 2022 and the consequent proposal of the BoD to allocate the profit for the year, equal to 13,891 euros, to increase the legal reserve.
