(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Eprcommunicationa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in communication and public relations, closed the 2022 with revenues for 5.18 million euros (+1% compared to the previous year), a EBITDA of 309 thousand euros (-28% for quotation costs and increase in personnel costs) and a Net income of 14 thousand euros (-33%).
THE pro forma results (to retroactively reflect the effects of the Justbit acquisition) see revenues of 8.1 million euros (+8.6%) and an EBITDA of 1.1 million euros (-7.5%).
At the end of 2022 the net financial position is positive for 1.06 million euros, compared to the debt of 55 thousand euros at the end of 2021.
