Epic Games Store continues to distribute free games to users

Epic Games Store announced the game that will be distributed free of charge to its users between August 24 – 31.

This game is Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak. While users wait to add Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak to their digital library before this date, they will have the chance to claim and play Black Book and Dodo Peak games right now.

Black Book and Dodo Peak will remain free on the Epic Games Store until August 24

Black Book and Dodo Peak, as current free games, will be available until 10:00 am on August 24. Then Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak will replace it. For those unfamiliar with the games, Black Book is described as a “dark RPG adventure” in which players cast spells and summon demons. It received generally positive reviews on its original release in 2021. Dodo Peak is an arcade platform game released earlier this month.

Epic Games Store users’ right to claim Black Book and Dodo Peak games continues until August 24. They can then get Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak from August 24 to 31 until 10:00.

Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak is a real-time strategy game with support for online multiplayer, and since it’s free on the Epic Games Store, multiplayer sessions will be easier to organize. Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak has an overall respectable critic rating of 79 points.
