Environment Europe has efforts to make to reduce the use

Despite progress, pesticides are still massively used in Europe, warns the European Environment Agency (EEA) on April 26. 350,000 tonnes have been sold each year for ten years. However, they pollute water, air, soil and are harmful to biodiversity and health. If the European Union wants to achieve its goal of reducing the use and risks associated with pesticides by 50% by 2030, much more will have to be done, warns the EEA.
