(Finance) – Entrepreneuromaa company active in the field of urban regeneration and recovery of real estate structures, has received the admission to trading of its ordinary shares and warrants on Euronext Growth Milan (EGM), the Borsa Italiana market dedicated to SMEs with high growth potential. The start of trading is set for Wednesday 20 July 2022.
Admission to listing took place through the listing of 11,200,000 ordinary shares, of which 1,200,000 newly issued resulting from the capital increase reserved for the market, at a unit price set at 5 euros per share. The total value of the resources raised amounts to 6 million euros, deriving from an offer signed by leading Italian and foreign institutional and professional investors.
There capitalization on the basis of the placement price, will be equal to 56 million euros and the floating will be equal to approximately 10.71% of the share capital. At the start date of trading, Guerino Cilli will have 80.36% of the share capital and Pierpaolo Michelangeli 8.93%.
