Entegrus donates 15000 to Habitat for Humanity

To help build homes for families in need, Entegrus has donated $15,000 to Habitat for Humanity Chatham-Kent.

“Our team is thrilled to support local charities that give back to our community,” said Jim Hogan, president and CEO of Entegrus, in a release.

“We are grateful Habitat for Humanity helps individuals in our community achieve their dream of becoming a homeowner.”

Megan VanderEnde, Habitat for Humanity board chair, thanked the utility for its donation and partnership, adding that Entegrus continues to be a key sponsor for fundraising events such as trivia nights, golf tournaments and raffles.

“For a number of years, Entegrus has been a supporter of our builds, not only contributing financially but also sending teams that have volunteered time to assist with drywall and painting, among other projects,” she said.

“With the help of corporate sponsors like Entegrus, we can continue to further our mission of building strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable homeownership.”

Throughout this year, Entegrus and its employees have donated more than $400,000 to various organizations within their service area.
