Eni rises on the stock market after agreement with KKR. UBS raises target price

Eni launches a new buyback for 11 billion euros in

(Telestock) – Enithe Italian energy giant, is the best performing stock in the FTSE MIB in the first part of the session, after this morning announcing that it has signed an exclusive agreement with KKR for the potential sale of a minority stake in biofuels unit Enilive which could value the subsidiary at up to 12.5 billion euros.

Meanwhile, analysts at UBS have increased the target price on the title to 17 euros per share (from the previous 16.50 euros), confirming the “Buy” recommendation.
